How do I check venue availability?

How do I reserve a venue?

Once your preferred date and venue are confirmed as available, we will provide the booking requirements and reservation details. Reservations can be arranged through our official Facebook Messenger, phone, or email.

How many guests can the venues accommodate?

Marcosa Hall can accommodate up to 180 guests. Jardin de Clara can accommodate up to 150 guests. Balay Vicente is suitable for gatherings of up to 50 guests. Actual capacity may vary depending on the event setup, seating arrangement and package selected.

Can I combine the venues?

Yes. We offer combination packages that pair Marcosa Hall or Jardin de Clara with Balay Vicente, with options that also include Casa Maria. Please see our Combination Packages section for the current rates.

Can I extend my venue rental?

Yes, subject to availability. Additional hours are available at the applicable hourly extension rate shown in our venue rates.

Is parking available?

Yes. Marevilla Events Center has on-site parking for up to 30 vehicles. For larger events, additional parking may be available in the surrounding area, subject to local parking regulations, availability, and applicable restrictions. We recommend arriving early during larger events.

Is Casa Maria included with the venue rental?

Casa Maria is available as a separate preparation suite and accommodation option. It may also be included in selected combination packages with Balay Vicente.

Can I stay overnight at Balay Vicente?

Yes. Balay Vicente offers Daycation, Overnight Weekday, and Overnight Weekend/Public Holiday options. Please see our Staycation Rates section for the current rates, schedules and terms.

Can I bring my own caterer and suppliers?

Marevilla allows clients to work with their preferred event suppliers, subject to our venue guidelines and policies. Please contact us for specific requirements or restrictions.

Can I schedule a site visit?

Yes. Site visits can be arranged by appointment, subject to venue availability. Please contact us through Facebook Messenger, phone, or email to schedule a visit.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome at Balay Vicente, provided they wear pet diapers while inside the property. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets and maintaining cleanliness throughout their stay. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
